Director, Ship With Walmart

Walmart is seeking a Director, Ship with Walmart to join our growing and fast-paced eCommerce Marketplace team focusing on the Seller-Fulfillment Services (SFS) business. In this role, you will be responsible for growing existing programs and launching new ground-breaking capabilities for Ship with Walmart to provide a cohesive world-class delivery experience for our Marketplace sellers and buyers.

The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team builds products that connect sellers across the world to buyers shopping our marketplaces, enabling access to our customers to over 350M+ items, and growing selection. Excellence in the end-to-end shipping and delivery experience is the cornerstone of our promise to our sellers and buyers. In this role, you will collaborate across External service providers (carriers, freight forwarders, fulfillment service providers), Strategy, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Seller Support, and other internal partners to build delivery experience solutions that provide our sellers with the tools and processes to propel their businesses to the next level, and for our buyers, a best-in-class shipping experience.

• You are organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You're experienced with executing cross-functional projects without direct authority over the teams involved.
