Job Summary
Carry out day to day operations of running a station on the line, making sure your station is fully prepped for service, properly breaking down station at the end of the shift, working with Chefs to ensure a quality product is being put out to the guests.
Responsibilities
Communicates with fellow line cooks to ensure all items on ticket come out together in atimely fashionFollow recipes and guidelines to put out a consistent and quality productUses a variety of cooking equipment to prepare and prep a variety of food itemsFollows safety and sanitation guidelines to reduce safety risks and cross contaminationMaintain station cleanliness throughout shiftProperly stock and prep your station before serviceQualifications
