What You'll Do... As a Lawn Supervisor, you'll spend your day leading a team of Lawn and Lawn Aeration Technicians, ensuring top-quality service is delivered to our customers across the community. You'll be responsible for coaching team of 6-8 members, evaluating their performance, assisting with training, and supporting their professional growth. You'll also play a key role in daily route planning, resolving customer concerns, and working across departments to improve efficiency and service outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires organization, accountability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
