Full Time Registered Nurse

Job Summary :

\ We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

\ \ Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

\ Provide routine and complex care with the ability to manage contingencies in a clinical setting.

\ Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers.

\ Administers medications and treatments, monitors for side-effects and effectiveness of the treatment prescribed.

\ Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.

\ Assesses learning needs and provides education to patients, family members, and / or caregivers identifies issues and resources.

\ Works effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.

\ Meets expectations of applicable competencies, such as Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.

\ Provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process, addressing increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.

\ Consistent with ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.

\ Requires certifications include BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications with additional certifications required based on position requirements.

\ Position requires working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and improve patient outcomes.
