Primary Duties / Responsibilities :

• Support process documentation and mapping for transformation initiatives.
• Assist with developing project management tools and dashboards.
• Prepare presentations, communication materials, and training content for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to AI enablement efforts by testing use cases, documenting outcomes, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer and employee experience.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on best practices for business transformation and technology enablement.
• Analyze data (e.g., vendor / customer master, workflow metrics) and provide insights to support decision-making.

Requirements :

Educational Requirements : Junior (ex.
