    Employees who are able to perform the essential functions of their jobs away from an Elevations location may do so with the expectation that they are onsite at least fifty percent of the time over a two-week pay period.

    Summary / Objective :

    The Manager Consumer and Small Business Lending Operations provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across loan processing, closing, funding, and loan servicing. This role ensures a seamless and compliant lending experience for members, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and fosters a high-performing, collaborative team culture. The manager is responsible for optimizing lending procedures, maintaining regulatory compliance, and aligning operations with organizational goals.

    Essential Functions include :

  • Lead and coach processing and servicing teams, ensuring performance aligns with credit union goals including the Peak't service model.
  • Manage end-to-end loan operations including processing, funding, and servicing.
  • Oversee quality control reviews of loan documents, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and other value stream members to ensure alignment and refinement of processes.
  • Develop and implement procedures to optimize efficiency and member experience.

    AVP Consumer and Commercial Lending Operations

    Manages :

    Consumer & Small Business Loan Servicing Specialist I II; Consumer and Small Business Loan Processors I, II, & III.

    Required Skills, Education and Experience :

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • At least 3 years of management experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in lending or retail banking operations.
  • Adheres to all Federal and State laws, ensuring lending processes remain compliant.
  • Preferred Skills, Education and Experience :

  • A college degree is an advantage, but relevant work experience can be an acceptable substitute.
  • Work Environment :

    Elevations uses multi-factor authentication to keep our data safe. As such, a personal smartphone is a requirement for employment with us. This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment.

    Physical Requirements :

    Sitting frequently, walking occasionally, use of hands frequently, hearing constantly, talking frequently, exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects

    Position Type / Expected Hours of Work :

  • Full time 40 hours per week
  • Classification : Exempt

    Compensation Information :

    The person hired into this position will likely earn between $70,562.37 and $88,202.84 per year, plus annual bonus.

    Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and / or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.

    Anticipated Application Window :
