Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Shift : 8 or 10-hour day shifts

Charting System : Epic EMR

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1980 - $2120

Operating Room Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho or compact state

BLS certification (AHA or ARC)

At least 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience

Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical healthcare setting

OR RN Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to surgical patients

Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operating room procedures

Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes throughout procedures

Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic medical records

Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
