Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting Effective communication skills (written / verbal) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to interpret contract payment terms Computer proficiency, including Microsoft products (especially Excel and Outlook) Clinical Research Site experience (basic knowledge of medical terminology and working knowledge of drug development services) Understanding of the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) CRIO is a plus Be able to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment Be ready to “roll-up” the sleeves and get into the details Be detail oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines Have a high energy and positive approach to day-to-day tasks and challenges Be an effective communicator Have strong character and a high level of integrity BENEFITS : Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Floating Holidays And more!

REVENUE ACCOUNTANT JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial and contractual performance on studies
- Maintain strong relationship and work as liaison between clinical team and Sponsor / Contract Research Organization (CRO)
- Verify and update study budgets
- Invoice and apply payments timely from Sponsor / CRO
- Reconcile study on an on-going basis
- Conduct Month-End processes – revenue recognition, AR reporting, and reporting
- Prepare and follow up on Accounts Receivable Statements
- Accountability for DSO and invoicing metrics
- Perform financial analysis and reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned
