Position Responsibilities :
Own and grow client relationships with a focus on increasing platform utilization among low-engagement accountsAct as the "quarterback" between clients and internal teams (marketing, analytics, clinical ops) to drive successConduct regular QBRs, track customer performance, and present insights to help clients optimize their programsPartner with internal marketing to create enablement materials (e.g., presentations, usage data sheets)Lead and mentor a team of two account managers; define best practices and client success playbooksCollaborate cross-functionally to improve the client journey and ensure a consistent experience across the boardReport on account health, growth opportunities, and client satisfaction metricsExperience & Skills :
Required Experience and Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or channel enablement in a healthcare or SaaS environmentProven ability to increase product or service utilization within an existing client baseDemonstrated experience managing relationships with external partners or enterprise clientsStrong interpersonal, organizational, and data analysis skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesHands-on experience leading teams or mentoring junior account managersPreferred Experience and Qualifications :
Telehealth or digital health experience strongly preferredExperience working with internal marketing and analytics teams to create client-facing materialsFamiliarity with CRM tools such as HubSpotCompensation $175k
