About The Position

• Experience in Orthopedics, General, Endo-Vascular, Urology, OB preferred.
• A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required.

Description :

This role involves working in the surgical services department, handling a full spectrum of procedures across various specialties.

The candidate will assist in both elective and life-saving surgeries.

Attendance is crucial, with a strict policy in place.

Absenteeism or tardiness will lead to termination after three occurrences, with specific exceptions for communicable diseases and hospitalization supported by evidence.

A skills checklist must be submitted as part of the application process.

Physical copies of certifications are required if applicable.

Additionally, the shift may extend beyond the initial duration, requiring a transition to different working hours and call responsibilities.

Call responsibilities include one weeknight of call every week from 7 PM to 11 PM and one weekend on-call per month, rotating between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

This position requires attention to detail, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
