Part-Time Property Manager

Park Street Apartments - Cannon Falls, MN

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills. Be customer focused by listening and responding promptly, as well as being able to work independently. Candidates must have the ability to be bonded. Property management experience of 1 year preferred but not required.

Pay is competitive and based on experience. Numerous employee benefits provided.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and maintain high occupancy
• Verify tenant information and process paperwork
• Supervise contractors working on site
• Responsible for supervising one staff member
• Ensure property is well maintained
• Communicate effectively with prospects, applicants, and residents

Qualifications

Candidates must have the ability to be bonded (ability to pass background and credit checks as required)

Property management experience of 1 year preferred

Knowledge of computers preferred

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Great organizational skills
