Travel Nurse Job Details

Location : Statesboro, Georgia 30458

Assignment Type : Travel Nursing Assignment

Start Date : December 15, 2025

End Date : March 16, 2026

Duration : 13-week contract

Shifts : Choose from 3x12hr Days (7 : 00am – 7 : 30pm) or 5x8hr Days (7 : 00am – 3 : 30pm)

Call Requirements : 1-2 nights per week (1st and 2nd call), 1 weekend every 6 weeks

Unit : 9-bed Operating Room

EMR : Cerner

Scrub Color : Green

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1680-$1800

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience

Clinical experience in Robotics, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and OBGYN required

Current BLS certification

Ability to take scheduled call shifts

Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Circulate and assist in a variety of surgical cases, including Robotics, Orthopedics, General Surgery, and OBGYN procedures

Prepare operating rooms, ensuring all necessary surgical supplies and equipment are available

Maintain timely case flow and communicate effectively with surgical teams and patient families

Update physician preference cards and assist with scrubbing as needed

Supervise and support personnel delivering patient care in the operating room

Adhere to hospital policies, AORN standards, and regulatory requirements
