Job Overview : We are seeking an entry-level Reporting / Data Deliverable Specialist to support with the generation and delivery of analytical reports to our clients. This is a heavily based data input and report writing position for environmental testing lab.

Location / Job Type

This position will be based out of our Westborough, MA location and candidate must be within a commutable distance.

Hybrid will begin after the completion of training period and at managers discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Generating Pace Data Deliverable Packages for customers utilizing LIMS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Assembling / pagination / securing / posting job reports.
• Entering and submitting Smart Reports for MWRA.
• State form generation.
• Posting of mail.
• Providing routine feedback and solutions to Department Managers and Team Leaders regarding data quality and rework.
