The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for supervising the coordination of all daily activities to ensure operational objectives are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures. As the Supervisor, you will oversee and be the point of contact for the staff members utilizing various Facilities related applications and programs including AutoCad and CAFM. The Facilities Supervisor will :

• Assist the Facilities team to ensure job responsibilities are carried out in accordance with established policies and procedures in order to meet established individual and collective productivity, quality, and timeliness goals.
• Be well trained and able to perform basic plumbing, basic electrical, cleaning protocols and other facilities related responsibilities.
• Be responsible to ensure the assigned location is safe, clean and well maintained.
• Understand when issues need to be escalated to the appropriate Facilities management and on site business management.
• Interact with employees, vendors and third parties at all levels in a professional manner.
• Create and deliver regular reports to department management.
• Conduct regular meetings with IT to ensure open communication, mutual understanding of team and fulfillment site goals and objectives.
• Travel to other locations quarterly, as needed to provide support (TN, NC, FL, TX and other locations).
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
