POSITION SUMMARY : The Baker Associate's day begins early in the morning (exact times vary). Punctuality, dependable transportation, and a can-do attitude are major factors in qualifying for this position. When not carrying out the baker's specific responsibilities, the baker must also provide excellent, friendly, upbeat customer service while preparing and serving a wide variety of food products and completing shift duties.
