Overview

Sales and Marketing Director - Senior Living at The Cottages of Carmel, managed by Oakmont Management Group. Base pay range : $36.00 / hr - $41.00 / hr. This role supports achieving occupancy targets through strategic marketing, lead generation, and collaboration with the Executive Director and VP of Sales.

Responsibilities

• Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.
• Ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
• Collaborate with the team to execute events that draw prospects to the community.
• Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration opportunities.
