We are looking for a Systems Integration Technician who will be responsible for assembling, integrating, and testing complex electromechanical systems—ensuring seamless interaction between hardware, software, and communication components. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in aerospace, automotive, or industrial environments and are comfortable troubleshooting system issues using schematics, diagnostic tools, and terminal interfaces.
Base pay range
$41.00 / yr - $58.00 / yr
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate and test hardware / software components such as microcontrollers, actuators, sensors, and telemetry systems
- Diagnose and resolve system issues involving communication protocols and electrical interfaces
- Interpret logs, waveforms, and sensor data to evaluate and improve system performance
- Follow structured test procedures and document results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet test requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience troubleshooting complex electrical / mechanical systems (e.g., avionics, automation, or vehicle systems)High School Diploma or equivalentFamiliarity with terminal interfaces (Serial, PowerShell, Linux)Proficiency with diagnostic tools and communication protocols (CAN Bus, OBD-II, UART, SPI, I2C)Ability to read schematics and work with wiring harnesses and power systemsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailComfortable in fast-paced, team-oriented environmentsWillingness to work extended hours when requiredHands-on experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic scan toolsProficiency with CAN Analyzers or sniffers (e.g. Vector, Peak, BeagleBone Black)Experience with basic hand tools, torque wrenches, crimpers, de-pinning toolsPreferred Qualifications or Experience
