Pay Rate : $20 / hr

Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (Mon–Fri)

Role Overview

The Reimbursement Case Manager (RCM) will act as a subject matter expert on reimbursement issues and manage day-to-day activities within reimbursement services, including benefits investigation, prior authorizations, and appeals support . This role ensures patients have access to prescribed therapies by coordinating coverage and financial aspects of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete medical and pharmacy benefit investigations .
• Facilitate submission of documentation for prior authorizations, step edits, and appeals per SOPs.
• Determine coverage availability and coordinate financial aspects of therapy access.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Escalate complex cases per program guidelines.
• Communicate therapy access restrictions, policy changes, and reimbursement updates to program leadership.
• Understand health and disease states relevant to program patients.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr.
