Location : Saline, MI Shift : 1st Pay : $19.50 / hr

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a hands-on opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Saline, MI. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations—ensuring orders are accurate, shipments are on time, and materials flow smoothly throughout the facility.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Shipping & Receiving Associate , your core responsibilities will include :

• Order Fulfillment & Pallet Building : Pick items from pick lists, build pallets, and ensure accurate shipments.
• Shipping & Receiving Operations : Load and unload trucks, weigh and measure shipments, receive raw materials, and manage inventory.
• Equipment Operation : Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and pallet wrapping machines.
• Documentation & Communication : Operate computer systems for shipping software, complete logs and documentation, and coordinate with trucking companies.

In addition, you will also be expected to assist in production as needed and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
