We are currently recruiting for an Assembler
Overview
As an Assembler you will be responsible for assembling heated blankets by reading and interpreting technical drawings, assembling components, and performing quality checks to ensure that the heated blankets meet specified standards.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities include
- Assemble heated blankets according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to fit and secure components.
- Install heating elements, sensors, and insulation materials.
- Inspect assembled products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform functional tests on heating elements and electronic components.
- Report any assembly issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and protocols.
- Understand and apply industry standards and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and quality checks.
- Complete production logs and other required documentation.
- Perform routine maintenance on assembly tools and equipment.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members about production status and any issues that arise.
- Assists other areas if ahead on the schedule.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by management or Production Floor Manager.

High School and or trade school is a plus but not required.One year of related experience in a fast-paced business environment is a plus.
