Remote - ServiceNow Architect

Role : ServiceNow ArchitectLocation : New Jersey (Hybrid)Position Type : Contract on W2 OnlyExperience Required : 8+ Years of ExperienceEligible Visas : USC / GC / H4-EAD Required : Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or related field. 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, APM, SPM, App Engine), preferred in a global capacity. Strong knowledge of architecture governance concepts, application design patterns, and best practices. Experience developing and implementing architecture governance, guidelines, procedures, and standards. Experience with one or more platforms such as Salesforce.com (Sales, Marketing Cloud), MuleSoft, Azure, Microsoft M365. Proven change management skills. Excellent communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with business and IT cross-functional teams. Experience leading a team of architects, technology owners, and technology subject matter experts. Preferred : Strong presentation skills Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) experiences Work experience at a large professional services organization Certificates, Licensures, Registrations Preferred : TOGAF certification Preferred : ServiceNow Technical or Master Architect certification Tools and Equipment Microsoft office automation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Vision
