Our valued client in the Denver Tech Center is seeking a NetSuite Analyst to join their team on a full-time basis. This position requires employees to be on-site and comes with excellent compensation and benefits.
Position Overview
The NetSuite Systems Analyst supports the configuration and optimization of our client’s NetSuite ERP platform. This role acts as a bridge between business operations and technical solutions—ensuring that NetSuite is effectively aligned with business processes, scalable for growth, and capable of supporting continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Configuration (primarily configuration)
- Oversee configuration of NetSuite, including roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and saved searches.
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules, fields, forms, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
- Maintain data integrity, oversee data imports/exports, and support regular system audits.
- Standardize use and naming of custom fields, reports
- Provide recommendations and guidance for general structure and usability of NetSuite
Business Process Analysis & Optimization
- Partner with departments to map, analyze, and refine business processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Identify opportunities to leverage NetSuite functionality for efficiency.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide training and guidance to end users.
- Collaborate with NetSuite support or third-party partners.
- Assist Application Support in prioritizing requests
Projects & Enhancements
- Lead or contribute to NetSuite implementation projects.
- Support testing of system changes, patches, and new releases.
- Develop documentation for processes and customizations.
Integrations & Reporting
- Provide guidance for integrations between NetSuite and other systems
- Provide support and oversight for PCT and Revenue Recognition
- Build and maintain saved searches, KPIs, dashboards, and scheduled reports.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and timely delivery.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5++ years working with NetSuite in an analyst, admin, or consultant role.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP modules.
Technical Skills
- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics.
- SuiteScript experience is a plus.
- Understanding of integrations and APIs.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Agile processes
- Ability to train/coach users on NetSuite use
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
- Experience in restoration, construction, or related industries.
- Experience supporting multi-subsidiary multi-currency environments.
This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with a salary range of $140,000-$155,000, depending on experience.
