• Monday to Thursday schedule, 7 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm
• 15 - 18 patients per day
• 40-minute new patient visits, 20-minute follow-ups
• Adult patient population, ages 18 and up
• Outpatient care no hospital privileges required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
