Job descriptionDoctorate in Medicine (M.D. / D.O.). Licensed to practice in Tennessee or ability to obtain. Board Certification in Occupational Medicine. 10 years of experience in Occupational Medicine or related fields. Certification by the Medical Review Officer Certification Council (MROCC). Knowledge of FMCSA / DOT requirements for Commercial Driver Medical Certification. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Competitive compensation and benefits package. Job Title : Medical Director
Location : Facilities in Tennessee and Kentucky
Overview : The Medical Director will lead and supervise clinical programs and staff, develop occupational health policies, and provide administrative leadership. This role involves working with various departments on administrative issues and overseeing vendor-provided clinical services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead local clinical programs and staff.
- Develop and implement occupational health policies.
- Provide administrative leadership for medical programs.
- Oversee vendor clinical services, including health evaluations and regulated exams.
- Develop policies for acute care, emergency response, and workers' compensation management.
