Job Responsibilities :
Administrative Support : Provide administrative support as assigned to assist the Grid Investment Construction (GIC) team.
Invoice Auditing & Reconciliation : Handle invoice auditing and reconciliation for Grid Investment programs. Ensure invoices have proper supporting documentation by coordinating with GIC contractors and inspectors as needed.
Accrual Preparation : Prepare monthly accruals for Grid Investment programs.
Project Data & Metrics Review : Participate in the review and analysis of project data and metrics, including production reports and status updates as needed.
Expense Tracking & Budget Management : Track project expenses and assist in managing project budgets.
Construction Documentation Organization : Assist in organizing construction-related documentation.
Contract Administration Support : Support the Team Leader in contract administration tasks.
Qualifications :
Experience :
Construction project management and / or construction administrative experience is required.
Technical Skills :
Intermediate or greater proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
