• 5x8 day shifts from 8 am - 4 : 30 pm
• 1 Sunday call required per 5 weeks
• Weekend coverage every 5th week with weekday time off
• Patient diagnoses include general weakness, back pain, orthopedic knees
• Home health experience
• PT handles admits, evaluations, reassessments, and discharges
• PTAs manage routine visits
• Minimum 1 year experience required

From $1820.00 to $3000.00 weekly

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
