Join our Best-One team - now hiring a Part Time Office Support Specialist at our Princeton, IN location.

Pay $15.00

We're looking for an Office Support Specialist who places an emphasis on creating results for teammates, customers, and the company.

What you will be doing as an Office Support Specialist :

Document Scanning & Management

  • Scan incoming documents and route them to appropriate digital folders or departments.
  • Ensure all scanned documents are legible and accurately labeled / indexed.
  • Maintain document tracking logs as needed

Reporting :

  • Prepare and update routine administrative or financial reports.
  • Compile daily, weekly, or monthly summary reports for internal teams.

    • Payment Posting :

  • Post payment information into internal systems or accounting software.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between payments received and account records.
  • Communicate with finance or billing departments as necessary to resolve issues.

    • Mail Processing :

  • Sort, open, and distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, including packaging, labeling, and postage.
  • Track and log time-sensitive or priority mail items.

    • What you get :

  • Preferred working hours are Monday through Friday between 8 : 00 AM and 1 : 00 PM, with some flexibility available based on candidate needs and team requirements.
  • This role offers potential to transition into a full-time position within the AP department as openings arise and performance aligns with team needs.

    What boxes you have to check :

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with database or accounting software a plus.
  • Ideal candidate is a fast learner with a strong ability to take initiative and drive projects forward, while working independently.
