  • Establish a strong rapport with the patient, to include delivering an exceptional patient care experience.
  • Prepare patients for their visit to include communicating details around their scheduled visit, explaining all relevant information clearly, take vitals, and complete updates to patient record as required.
  • Prepare equipment and examination rooms, and ensure clean instruments are available for the daily care center operations.
  • Assist provider with medical treatments, procedures, and exams
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies
  • Perform all other duties as assigned "

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to include maintaining courteous, friendly, and effective communications with patients, team members and external parties
  • High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited medical assistance certification program or MA Certification obtained within six months of being hired.
  • Phlebotomy Certification Required or to be obtained within six months of being hired.
  • CPR Certification Required
  • Electronic Medicare Records experience
  • Customer service orientation and experience
  • Strong communication skills across multiple modalities
