We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Solutions Consultant – LiveAction to deliver world class deployment, integration, and optimization services for our LiveAction products, LiveNX (network performance management and analytics) and LiveWire (packet capture and network forensics).

This is an ideal role for a hands-on engineer with a strong networking background who thrives on solving complex problems, guiding enterprise customers, and enabling successful technology adoption. You'll act as a trusted advisor, combining deep technical expertise with relationship-driven consulting to help customers enhance agility, mitigate risks, and achieve operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Deployment & Integration

Install, configure, and integrate LiveNX and LiveWire in enterprise and service provider environments (on-premises, hybrid, and cloud).

Lead design workshops, deployments, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Diagnose and resolve complex deployment, configuration, and performance issues.
