Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT Clinic / Office : 35 treatment patients

Patient Population for Required Coverage : Adult Office / Clinic

Required Procedures :

Conventional Radiotherapy 3D Radiotherapy IMRTExternal Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT External Beam Radiation - IGRT External Beam Radiation - IMRTPhoton Beam Radiation Therapy Stereotactic Radiosurgery Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy SBRT Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy Orders Images Prescribes Orders Tests

~Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days

Travel Reimbursement Information :

Lodging : ~120 / nightAll other bookings approve for standard / economy rates
