We offer a structured Advanced Aveda Training Program after licensure to ensure you feel confident with every guest and service in your chair. From Aveda color mastery to precision cutting, youll gain technical excellence, business-building skills, and guest care expertise. We set the roadmap, and you set the pace.

Responsibilities

As part of our team, youll :

Arrive prepared to maximize your day

Engage in ongoing education and advanced Aveda training

Maintain 7085% booked and 6580% guest retention

Support salon upkeep and shared responsibilities

Training Period (36 months, ~35 hrs / week) : avg. $437 / week
