THE ROLE

We're hiring a Solutions Engineer to join our Operations team and support a range of client-facing responsibilities. The role is based in New York City.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will :

• Serve in a cross-functional role, working closely with the Product and Engineering teams to guide new clients through the technical implementation process
• Support the Sales team with presenting the technical aspects of Unit's product to potential clients
• Communicate new product features to clients and relay client feature requests to the Product and Engineering teams
• Analyze client needs to proactively deliver product recommendations, including by creating new prototypes, support materials, guides, and other documentation
