What to ExpectJob Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Analyze business and financial data to provide actionable recommendations for automation and process improvements
  • Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights
  • Support metrics development for key outcomes like customer retention and churn prediction
  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support analytical and operational needs

    • What is Required

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analysis or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data
  • Strong experience with Python or similar programming languages for data analysis and modeling
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

    • How to Stand Out

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies and metrics
