Job Description
In collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons and other physicians to deliver anesthesia for medical and surgical procedures, the CRNA focuses on safe patient care and upholds the mission of Connecticut Children’s. Cultivating a patient‑centric environment that addresses the physical, psychosocial, spiritual and functional needs of the patient, family and significant others, the CRNA serves as the focal professional for continuity of care within scope of practice standards and specialty‑specific standards to address and resolve problems that may arise. Depending on clinical needs, the position may be required to work night and weekend shifts.
