Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy professional to join our team as a Data Analytics Sr. Consultant II. This role bridges the gap between data analysis and business strategy, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data manipulation, visualization, and storytelling, with a strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis & Reporting

Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources.

Develop data products, dashboards, and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decisions.

Perform ad hoc analyses to answer specific business questions.

Business Analysis & Strategy

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs.

Translate business needs into analytical solutions and actionable insights.

Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Document business processes and recommend improvements based on data findings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as a liaison between data engineering, actuarial, and business units.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, business-friendly language.

Support project planning, prioritization, and performance tracking.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

4+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Experience with Python or R is a plus.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.

Preferred Skills :

Experience working in Insurance / InsurTech or with digital insurance platforms.

Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).

Exposure to machine learning or AI applications in insurance.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $70,500.00 - 124,125.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
