Role Summary
You’ll serve as the strategic bridge between Customers, Product, and Sales, driving AI adoption and shaping the Engagement function at a category‑defining AI startup.
What You’ll Do
Build trusted, strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders—from recruiters to C‑level—to achieve business outcomes with AI.
Guide customers through change management, onboarding, adoption, and expansion, helping them scale AI‑driven workflows.
Drive revenue outcomes by maximizing retention and uncovering expansion opportunities, partnering with Sales to grow accounts.
Synthesize field insights to shape our Engagement methodology and influence product and sales strategy.
Act as an AI thought partner by leading workshops, sharing best practices, and positioning Metaview as a category leader.
Proactively identify risks and opportunities in accounts, using product data and conversations to inform action.
You
3+ years in consulting, customer‑facing, or strategy at high‑growth B2B startups or top‑tier firms.
Proven ability to engage across levels, influencing executives while rolling up your sleeves.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking; comfortable making data‑driven decisions.
Expert in change management, guiding customers through transformation.
Excellent communicator—can distill complexity into clarity for 1 : 1s or exec workshops.
Entrepreneurial, adaptable, energized by experimentation.
Deeply aligned with our brand : intelligent, low‑BS, authentic, customer‑obsessed.
Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement, 2–3 days per week in our San Francisco office.
