Family Medicine Physician – $150K Sign-On Bonus

Location : Aledo, IL

Opportunity Highlights :

Position Overview :

We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team in a Rural Health Clinic . This position offers the opportunity to work alongside 2 Physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) while serving the local community.

On-site support : Lab and X-ray services conveniently located in the adjacent hospital

Diverse practice scope : Responsibilities include clinic, hospital, and long-term care coverage

Community-focused healthcare : Ideal for providers passionate about rural medicine

Compensation & Benefits :

Highly competitive salary based on experience and training

Up to $150K commencement bonus
