Our client, a leading Global Entertainment & Media Providers is looking to add an Executive Assistant to support Corporate Business partners to keep the great organizational flow with all leaders in corporate segment and provide Human Resource advice to the company.
- 5 years experience as an executive assistant supporting a Director or above and / or equivalent experience in a corporate environment.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Google Applications (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
 
Pay rate : $35 / hr

Duration : 2 +months contract
Work Schedule : Hybrid (monday-thursday onsite)
Location : Burbank, CA
What you will do :
