What You'll Do as the Senior Accountant :

Prepare and review journal entries, purchase orders, and voucher payments.

Perform monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Analyze financial statements and assist with monthly variance and trend analysis.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the annual Cost Allocation Plan .

Ensure compliance with GAAP , internal controls, and organizational accounting policies.

Lead or support special projects and ad hoc financial reporting as needed.

What You'll Bring as the Senior Accountant :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .

3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a nonprofit or grant-funded organization.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel ; experience with SharePoint and Outlook a plus.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong communication skills and confidence working both independently and within cross-functional teams.
