A company is looking for a Sr. Finance Manager (PST Preference).
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team responsible for finance strategy, operations, budgeting, and reporting
Oversee daily team activities, including task assignments, scheduling, and staff development
Produce complex financial reports and manage special projects for senior management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
Leadership skills to motivate teams towards operational targets
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Intermediate math skills for complex financial calculations
