About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 12

Experience : Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience preferred, with a requirement of Level I trauma experience.

License : Active state license required.

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, NIH.

Must-Have :

• Level I trauma experience.
• Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
• EPIC charting experience.
• Willingness to work 3 weekends within a 4-week schedule.
• Willingness to work 2 of 3 major holidays.

Description :

The candidate will primarily be assigned to behavioral health.

This contract must continue into January, with the earliest end date being January 3.

Travelers may request one holiday off.

Local candidates are accepted for one contract with the same pay as travelers.

Any requested time off must be submitted at the time of application.

No additional time off will be approved later on, with blocked dates specified.

Candidates must have experience in Level I trauma and be willing to acknowledge high patient ratios, which may range from 1 : 5-6.

Traveler has required certifications, including TNCC and ENPC.

Modules are required and should be completed before the traveler can begin working on the floor.

Candidates will need to demonstrate proficiency in specific skills relevant to emergency nursing.

The unit will support various interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services.

Staffing ratios may change based on patient volume and acuity.
