Service Delivery Automation Engineer

The Adversarial Operations team is seeking a highly technical and proactive Service Delivery Automation Engineer to shape and scale a cutting-edge security program.

This role lies at the intersection of offensive security, enterprise automation, and engineering excellence.

The successful candidate will lead the automation of end-to-end service delivery lifecycle processes, streamline stakeholder interactions, and build robust metrics frameworks.

As automation capabilities mature, the role will expand into hands-on adversarial testing, including penetration testing and red teaming.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate service delivery workflows to enhance the efficiency of the Adversarial Operations function.
• Build custom tools to support automation in reporting, test execution, and remediation workflows.
• Connect disparate tools and processes to streamline intake notifications and vulnerability updates.
• Identify operational gaps and implement scalable automation solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing, reporting, and stakeholder engagement processes.
• Support development of job request systems and custom automation tooling from the ground up.
• Collaborate with penetration testers and service delivery personnel to automate processes end-to-end.
