Job description

Join Bpeace as a volunteer coach and play a vital role in guiding entrepreneurs in the Breaking the $1M Barrier Program, supported by the Nasdaq Foundation.

This six-month blended program (Nov 2025 – Apr 2026) is designed to accelerate the growth of 25 underrepresented businesses in North Carolina and Georgia, helping them scale beyond $1M in annual revenue.

Coaches will be matched with two businesses and provide consistent monthly coaching. You’ll help founders apply program learnings, strengthen systems, and prepare investor-ready deliverables.

What You’ll Do :

Hold at least two monthly 1 : 1 sessions (one per assigned business).
Support entrepreneurs in applying insights from workshops and LinkedIn Learning Paths or answer other related questions they may have relating to their business.
Guide participants toward the following key deliverables :

An investor-ready pitch deck.

Investor-ready financial reports.

Provide strategic guidance across the program’s four focus areas :

Operations Optimization

Capital Access and Finance

Market Expansion and Sales

Contracting and Supplier Diversity

Help entrepreneurs refine final outputs for the Investor & Procurement Showcase.

Support them in shaping their final pitch and financials for the Investor Showcase.

Tap into specialist coaches for deeper technical expertise when needed.

Time Commitment : ~2 hours per month (December–April).
