Team Description : The Corporate Technology group powers TWDC's corporate functions, enterprise workflows, and service management platforms, spanning the product lifecycle from strategy to delivery and support.

Responsibilities of Role

• As a Product Owner within the Corporate Technology group, lead the direction and execution across multiple enterprise products that power critical corporate functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, gather requirements, and refine and prioritize the backlog. Bridge business objectives with agile delivery to meet strategic goals and deliver meaningful value.
• Develop and Communicate Product Vision & Strategy : Define clear objectives, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with business goals. Communicate vision to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Backlog Ownership & Prioritization : Refine user stories, defects, enablers, and other work items to maximize business value; continuously prioritize backlog items.
• Stakeholder & Customer Engagement : Identify key customers and stakeholder groups; build strong relationships and incorporate customer feedback into requirements and priorities.
• Agile Delivery & Team Collaboration : Serve as primary contact for agile delivery teams; work with scrummasters, developers, and QA to ensure effective sprint planning and delivery; remove blockers to keep delivery on track.
• User Story Definition & Acceptance Criteria : Translate complex requirements into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria; ensure readiness and a definition of done.
• Quality Assurance & Testing : Collaborate with QA to develop test strategies and participate in reviews and user acceptance testing.
• Implementation & Change Management : Partner with business teams to plan and execute product rollouts; ensure training and documentation for end-users.
• Continuous Improvement & Problem-Solving : Proactively address risks and drive process improvements to enhance product quality.
• Mentorship & Thought Leadership : Mentor other product owners and contribute to the agile community with best practices.
• Compliance, Security, & Best Practices : Champion security and compliance requirements and stay current with industry trends.
