Record Center Specialist 1

Our client, a leading organization in the information management industry, is seeking a dedicated Record Center Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist 1, you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring the efficient processing and handling of storage materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate physical stamina, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location : Oklahoma City, OK

Pay Range : $17.25

Shift : Other (07 : 30 AM - 04 : 00 PM)

What's the Job?

  • Process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials
  • Manually lift, carry, and load storage boxes ranging from 10 to over 100 pounds
  • Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
  • Stack, organize, and prepare boxes for shipment or storage
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and order processing using proprietary systems

What's Needed?

  • Physical ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand, kneel, squat, and bend for extended periods
  • Good reading and writing skills in English
  • Experience with manual material handling and operating basic equipment
  • Attention to safety and detail in a physically demanding environment
