Job Summary :
The Credit Risk Manager position reports to the head of Growth & Middle Market Technology (“GMMT”) and Asset Based Lending (“ABL”) transactions for Credit Division of the Americas. This is a critical role in supporting both the GMMT and ABL franchises as they grow and expand into higher risk areas. The individual will be responsible for the 2nd line of defense for a portfolio of Technology and ABL transactions that include Venture Loans as well as distressed and DIP financings. This includes providing credit recommendations on new transactions and managing a complex portfolio. They will work closely with senior members of the business lines and provide structuring and legal documentation input on transactions. They will evaluate and recommend transactions and monitor the credit exposure in the portfolio and develop exposure management programs when appropriate.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $142K - $180K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and / or incentive compensation.
