Cost Accountant II

Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading building envelope solution supplier that effectively drives energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are seeking a Cost Accountant ll at our Bonded Logic facility in Chandler, AZ.

Job Summary :

The Cost Accountant will play a critical role in supporting operational excellence in our building materials and manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for managing product cost accounting processes, analyzing manufacturing performance, and providing actionable insights to plant and operations leaders. The ideal candidate will combine strong cost accounting skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with manufacturing leaders, enabling them to drive efficiency, improve margins, and achieve business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Cost Accounting & Financial Analysis

Maintain and update standard costs for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in the ERP system.

Supports production supervisors.

Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen cost control and financial reporting.

Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :

Education and Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

Building Materials Industry experience preferred
