Your New Role

Oversee daily operations of the sheet metal shop in San Antonio, TX

Manage fabrication schedules to meet tight production deadlines

Lead and supervise sheet metal workers to ensure top-quality output

Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and purchasing

Maintain inventory, ensure material availability, and streamline workflow

Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are upheld at all times

Train, mentor, and support the growth of your shop team

Drive continuous improvement in productivity, accuracy, and efficiency

Minimum 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication

At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC duct systems and fabrication processes

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications

Experience managing shop production and coordinating logistics

Proficient with fabrication tools, machinery, and safety procedures

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Must be able to work on-site in San Antonio, TX
