We are a rapidly growing national security and surveillance provider looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill an immediate opening as a Project Manager. Our ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking in a business casual, fast-paced environment, works well with others, can work well without supervision, and possesses strong time management skills.

Essential Job Functions :

Manage the entire lifecycle of a project to include the following –

Travel to sites for thorough technical walks and assessment of properties to support internal teams for a functional installation
Editing of maps, CAD markups, and resources from technical walks
Regular collaboration with the sales team to confirm shot intent, project scope, and project completion timelines
Manage accountability of sub-contractors and general contractors throughout the life of the project to confirm installation meets the requirements of the company and client
Coordination with backend personnel on network design, configuration, and procurement
Creation and dissemination of project resources such as drawings, maps, and camera placement to applicable internal and external teams
Coordinating with the ISP dispatcher to ensure an efficient installation
Post-installation quality control inspections with applicable documentation completed

Ensure shot intent and focus are correct before installers leave the property

Maintain client communication throughout the lifetime of the project

Monitor budgets and track progress to improve efficiencies

Report daily / weekly / monthly project status reports

Job Skills and Requirements :

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Project Management, related field, or equivalent work experience

PMP certification preferred

Experience with IP networking / security cameras and the multifamily housing industry preferred

1-3 years of experience in Project Management field with available references preferred

Valid Driver’s License

Ability to travel to 50% of the month to visit client sites in various locations throughout the country

Must be able to work in cold / hot weather

Must be able to do light work and moving objects up to 20 pounds

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Excellent employee relations skills with experience coaching and counseling

Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work, and attention to detail
