Registered Nurse Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA)

Salary : $115,000 $125,000 annually

What Youll Do

Lead, supervise, and support paraprofessional staff, including home health aides, personal care aides, companions, and nurses.
Conduct in-field professional supervision and provide on-the-job training.
Assist with classroom instruction and field competency testing for staff.
Ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care delivery in the home care setting.

What Were Looking For

Required : Current New York State RN License.

Preferred : Bachelors Degree in Nursing or related health / human services field.

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care facility.

Prior home care nursing experience strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of professional and paraprofessional healthcare scope of practice.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interpret policies, safety rules, and procedures with accuracy.

Competence in medication calculations and healthcare measurements.
